Er begann seine Karriere in der K\u00fcche, wo er im Alter von nur 15 Jahren T\u00f6pfe und Pfannen in einem Sonnen- und Strandhotel schrubbte. Jahre sp\u00e4ter war er der j\u00fcngste K\u00fcchenchef der Balearen, der einen Michelin-Stern erhielt.<\/p>

Er hat in den K\u00fcchen des Mugaritz und des El Bulli von Ferran Adri\u00e0 gearbeitet. Er kochte in London, Stockholm, Brasilien, Moskau, Paris, Miami und in Kuwait f\u00fcr die k\u00f6nigliche Familie.<\/p>

Im April 2011 beschloss er, sein eigenes Restaurant im Predi Son Jaumell Hotel Rural in Capdepera zu er\u00f6ffnen, und der Guide Michelin verlieh ihm seinen ersten Stern. Im Jahr 2020 wurde er mit dem gr\u00fcnen Stern ausgezeichnet, wodurch die Gastronomie von Genestra in Spanien weiter an Bedeutung gewinnt.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Cooking has given Rafeal a pleasant surprise although Rafael has given cooking an even greater surprise. He started working in a small restaurant in Manacor. It was there where he started to feel a great passion towards cooking which until then had never felt. At that moment he started to study culinary skills. His first training was carried out in Restaurant Andreu Genestra. He started with confectionary baking and has been through all aspects of culinary skills until he has become Head of the Kitchen at the age of 26. At the end of each season he goes abroad to acquire more culinary skills what\u2019s more is his passion to learn new culinary techniques and flavors. He has been to Denmark, Italy, Bolivia, Mexico, China and India where he has taught in famous restaurants of international prestige.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
